Hello how are you?
I was interviewed by Anita for BlogTalk radio a couple of days ago. Take a listen and tell me what you think.
I am a new contributing editor for BlogHer.
I had an article published on Work it Mom! on how to prevent blogging overdose last week.
I decided to start a food blog, called The AntiFoodie. It’s not up yet, and won’t be for a while, but when it is, expect some tasty recipes and tips and lots of recommendations and tricks that I find useful in my own kitchen. And lots of food like this:

I’m making cupcakes tomorrow, and for the first time I’ll be making chocolate buttercream frosting (I just got my order of Green & Black’s baking cocoa in the mail). Someone remind me to not forget sprinkles at the store. I bought some Wilton decorating tips, so I’ll try my hand at piping. Although I’m sure I’ll suck, as long as it tastes good. *shrugs*
I’ve come to realize that I cannot stand the word ’snark’. That shit is annoying. Have I ever used it? If so, smack me. WTF does it mean, anyway? Sassy? Sarcastic? Having of attitude? Bitchy? WTF? Don’t ever call me snarky, ok? Thank you.
Remember those old posts I wrote where I shared some of the corny MySpace messages I get? I’ve started a blog just for them. It’s not live yet either, but it will be soon. It’s called Idiot Fingers.
I finally saw Zack & Miri Make a Porno this weekend. It’s official: I am in love with Seth Rogan. He is just…there has never been anyone so innately funny to me. I adore him.
I’ve started reading the Twilight books yesterday. So far, yeah…I’m not seeing the appeal. They are written horribly, and Bella is pretty pretentious, eh? Don’t stone me to death – I’m allowed to have an opinion, plus I’m only one chapter in. I got distracted. And this is coming from someone that will kick you in the balls (hypothetical or no) for dissing Harry Potter. So I can get it – I just don’t. Yet.
Also, if you blogged about Twilight recently, I didn’t read it. Unless you’re Ali. Or Britt. Or Kimmy. I feel like this shit is taking over my life, and I’m not even a fan. I saw a 60 something year old woman driving a Lexus with a vanity plate that read ‘Twilight’. I hope for her sake that it was just a coincidence. Because that’s sad. Right? RIGHT? So yeah, I didn’t read any of your teenage girl SQUEEEEEEEEEEEING. Sorry ’bout that. You’re all cornballs.

Pretty soon, you'll have as many business cards as Fletch. Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Except none of mine are blogging related so not nearly as cool or fun. That's why you rule. Can I say smarmy? Maria is smarmy. Sounds good to me. Who cares what the hell it means.
I'm almost done with the second book of Twilight.. and saw the movie tonight.. still not seeing what all the fuss is about. Eh. Oh yeah, don't forget the sprinkles.
Oh, and snarky.. ha. I've been called snarky. Oh wait we both were.
oh shiz. Smarmy is a word. And it means sleazy. But probably not in a good way like we use it. Dammit. How about Swarthy. Like a pirate. Yeah, way better.
Look at you all over the internets with your awesomeness! I am so excited about etc! I just read most of your old posts, except I am not caught up on Heroes or True Blood. I can't wait to keep reading it. I'm really happy for you that you have all this cool stuff going on, and I always enjoy your writing. Here's to 2009 being an awesome year! Also, keep reading Twilight. You might get sucked in soon. If will be excited to read your take on it either way!

Congrats on the BlogHer gig. I don't know how you pack all of this in, I have enough of a headache from the three I'm on. Geez. I am CLEARLY some sort of slacker. I bow to your bloggy goodness.
Oy Vey!!! The girl has read all the twilight books, went to the premiere here at MIDNIGHT… Oh, yeah and it was a school night (but according to her, I never let her do anything!). That was on Thursday. She then went to see it again, on Friday, Saturday and had I let her, she'd have gone on Sunday too.
I've read (maybe from you?) that there is an underlying theme, that it is Mormon based about abstaining from having sex. Since I don't like Vampire books or movies, I can't give say if it is or isn't and unlike you, I won't even pick them up to read LOL Kudos to you for making an effort to see what all the fuss is about!

Well said, Harry Potter is the shit. It is unique and original. If I want a vampire story I'll go with Bram Stoker. But whatever, to each their own. It's popular now so expect more silly license plates like that.
How was Zack and Miri? I LOVE Kevin Smith movies and want to see this one bad.

I have to disagree with you on snarky, though. LOVE that word. It is a combination of bitchy, sassy, and sarcastic, but still in a class all its own. But I'll respect your opinion and not use it on you.
